Day 1:- Katra Pick Arrive at katra Railway transfer to the Katra.
- Upon arrival check into the the Hotel & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 :- Katra (Vaishno Devi Darshans) – We will not provide vehicle on this day. Hotel’s vehicle will be used for Banganga / Helipad pick up & drop. It’s better to clients booked directly through hotel
Breakfast at the hotel.
Register and Procure Yatra slip. Drop to the Banganga and start your Yatra for Vaishno Devi Darshans (Please be advised that Bhavan is around 13 Km’s from Katra Town and you can hire Ponies, Palkis or can cover the distance by Foot).
Return to Katra and overnight at hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel in Katra.
Please note that Yatra Slips can be either booked on Shrine Board’s website i. e, www.maavaishnodevi.org in advance or available at Shrine Board’s Yatra Slip counter at Katra.
Important Instruction – Kindly keep tab, laptop, Video camera, handy camera and any licensed weapon in your hotel room as due to security reasons these things are not permitted
Day 3:- Katra – Pahalgam (One way – 294 Kms; 06.30 – 07.00 hrs by Road)
After breakfast check out from the Hotel & Transfer to Pahalgam.
Description about Pahalgam: Pahalgam is one of the famous Tourist attractions and a favourite place for shooting of Bollywood films, and is still a health resort. Besides tourist huts, several hotels in the private sector have come up here and these hotels provide modern facilities to their guests.
Check in to the Hotel in Pahalgam. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.
Day 4 :- Pahalgam Local sight seeing
Morning after having a leisurely breakfast, proceed for local Sightseeing.
Later embark on an excursion to Chandanwari (3288 meters), Betaab Valley and Aru Valley. Surrounded by snow-covered mountain peaks and dense pine and deodar forests, this valley is the mouth of River Sheshnag.
Overnight stay at the Hotel in Pahalgam.
Day 05 Pahalgam– Srinagar (One way – 94 kms, 03hrs by road)
After Breakfast check out from the Hotel and then proceed towards Srinagar.
Enroute visit ShankaracharyaTemple Which is also known as the Jyeshteshwara Temple. It is situated on top of the Shankaracharya Hill on the Zabarwan Range in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is at a height of 1,000 feet above the valley floor and overlooks the city of Srinagar.
Check in to Houseboat, Rest of the day free to explore the beautiful markets of Srinagar.Overnight stay and dinner at the Houseboat in Srinagar.
Day 06 Srinagar –Sonamarg – Srinagar (One way 80 Kms; Approx. 03 hours by Road)
After Breakfast have an excursion to Sonamarg. Sonamarg Description – Situated at an altitude of 9000 Ft. Sonamarg is also called as “The meadow of gold” has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley abounds with trout and mahaseer. Ponies can be hired (Own arrangements) for the trip up to Thajawas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer.
Optional Visit Tour /Direct Payment Basis 1: Zojila Pass Visit:The journey from Sonamarg to Zojila (zero point or Gumri are the main points of Zojila) is out of World Experience. During the drive from Zojila road we can see the Baltal (base camp for shriAmarnathJi Shrine) and the footpath that leads you to the Holy Amarnath Cave is also visible. The other places of attraction that lie in between the areas of Zojila and Sonamarg are Nilgraad. Nilgraad in Kashmiri language means the blue stream, and this name is due to the fact that during summers the colour of river Sindh turns blue when it is the clear sky with bright sun at this particular place.
Optional Visit Tour/Direct Payment Basis 2: Visit to Sarbal and Fish point. The Sarbal is the last village of Kashmir where people mainly live in small traditional and old-fashioned huts. The Fish point is an artificial pond made by the jk tourism; a beautiful natural waterfall is present near this artificial pond which is the source of water for it. Many water activities can be performed in this pond like, water ball, boat ride etc.
Optional Visit Tour 3: Thajawas glacier by walk or ponies – Treks through woodland & meadows lead to a sprawling glacier, popular for sledding & photography.
After having visit, return to the hotel. Dinner & overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Srinagar – Doodhpathri – Srinagar (One way – 50 kms, 02 hrs by road)
After Breakfast, have a day excursion to Doodhpathri. Doodhpathri Description – A tourist destination and hill station located in Budgam district of Jammu & Kashmir. Situated at an altitude of 8,957 ft from sea level, and located at a distance of 42 km from state summer capital Srinagar.
It lies in a bowl-shaped valley in the PirPanjal Range of the Himalayas, at an altitude of 2,730 m (8,957 ft), above sea level. It is an alpine valley covered with snow clad mountains and the meadows of Pine Fir and Deodar. The natural meadows, which are covered with snow in winter, allow the growth of wild flowers such as daisies, forget-me-nots and butter cups during spring and summer.

After breakfast have a day excursion to Gulmarg. It was discovered as a tourist destination by the British in the 19th century. It is exquisitely situated in a pine surrounded basin of the PirPanjal range at an altitude of 2,730 meters above sea level and one of the most famous tourist destinations of Kashmir. It also has one of the world’s highest green golf courses with 18 holes, as well as a clubhouse, which is a historical building in its own right.
Optional / Own Arrangements: Gulmarg to Kungdoor (Phase 1): The 1st phase of the Gondola takes tourists to the height of 8530 ft to Kongdori Station.
Optional / Own Arrangements: Kungdoor to Aparwath (Phase 2): the second stage of the Gondola goes up to the height of 12293 ft.
